In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, there is a 7-day product appreciation period (7 days including holidays) from the time the product arrives in your hand.

Return and Exchange
New product defect return: If the new product you received is defective or damaged, please take a photo immediately and send it to LINE ID: @aimershine, and you can enjoy the after-sales service of unconditional return and exchange. Please contact the customer service staff within 7 days from the day of receipt of the goods (including national holidays), we will arrange the home delivery company to pick up the original goods at your designated location, and the round-trip shipping will be paid by AIMER SHINE , And provide after-sales service of unconditional return and exchange.
If it is not a defect in the new product, and the replacement is required due to other reasons, please contact the customer service staff within the 7-day appreciation period (including national holidays) from the day of receipt of the goods, and bear the actual single-way shipping processing fee (ex. 120NT/main island of Taiwan), we will arrange a home delivery company to pick up the goods at your designated place, and foreign customers please send it back by yourself.
If it is not a defect in the new product, and the return is required for other reasons, please contact the customer service staff within the 7-day appreciation period (including national holidays) from the day of receipt of the goods, and bear the actual paid round-trip shipping processing fee (ex. 240NT/main island of Taiwan), we will arrange a home delivery company to pick up the goods at your designated location, and foreign customers please send it back by yourself.
The returned goods must be unopened or damaged or malfunction caused by non-artificial defects, and retain the complete original packaging (including the outer packaging carton), otherwise the return will not be accepted.
Returns cannot be accepted in the following situations:
A product appreciation period of more than seven days.
The slight crease of the outer packaging carton does not affect the quality of the product itself.
The packaging of the returned goods is damaged or incomplete, or the gifts and accessories are not complete.
Special products, gifts, and promotional items marked on the sales page that are non-returnable.
If you apply for a return or refund for non-defective goods, if you order the same goods next time, you will not be able to return or refund again.
The product has been opened for use, or damage caused by human factors, such as: dirt, malfunction, damage, abrasion, scratches, scratches, and dirt.
Contact customer service staff → confirm exchangeable goods → prepare complete goods and invoices → provide collection time, contact information, and address → collect the logistics entrusted by our end.
When returning the goods, please use the original carton to pack the goods you want to return. If the original carton has been lost, please use other complete carton packaging. If a product is required to be returned or exchanged, if the item is missing or damaged due to personal factors, AIMER SHINE reserves the right to discount the refund amount depending on the extent of the damage.
Credit card payer: After confirming the successful return, the payment will be directly refunded to the original credit card account of the payment.
Cash on delivery: After confirming the successful return, transfer the refund fee to the bank account you provided.
